How It Works
Before you apply, check the social media history you already own.
We review your Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit data exports to identify content that might raise concerns during job applications, interviews, or employment screening.
The Problem We Solve
Recruiters and employers may look at public social media, and old posts can be hard to judge without context. GNST helps you review your own exported data before it matters.
Common content that raises red flags:
- Offensive jokes, heated arguments, or old memes
- Jokes about drugs, violence, employers, clients, or workplace behaviour
- Old posts you forgot about
- Content that seems innocent to you but unprofessional to a recruiter
- Images with ambiguous or inflammatory visual elements
The risk: Content you posted years ago could create awkward questions during a hiring process.
Our Solution
We analyse your uploaded data exports before you apply, showing you which posts, comments, and images may be worth reviewing.
Step 1: You Request Your Data
Download your data from Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit. These are ZIP files containing all your posts, comments, and photos from the last 5+ years.
Time: 5-10 minutes to request + 2-48 hours wait for files to be ready
Step 2: You Upload To Us
Upload the ZIP files (don't unzip them) through our secure platform. We use encrypted connections and secure cloud storage.
Time: 5 minutes
Step 3: We Analyse Everything
Our AI-powered system scans posts, comments, and images from your archive, looking for content that could raise employment or reputation concerns.
Time: 2mins - 1 hour, depending on the size of your data (automatic, you don't need to do anything)
Step 4: You Get Your Report
We email you a secure link to your report, along with a username and password to access it. Your report shows:
- ✅ Safe content (no action needed)
- ⚠️ Content requiring your judgment (context matters)
- 🚨 High-risk content (strong recommendation to address)
Each flagged item includes an explanation of why it's concerning and what you can do about it.

Common Questions
How is this different from just reading my posts myself?
You likely have thousands of posts/comments over 5 years. Our AI scans all of them in hours and identifies patterns and topics you might miss. We also analyse images for visual elements that text-only review wouldn't catch.
Why do I need this?
Recruiters see limited context. Content that seems innocent to you might look careless, hostile, or unprofessional to someone who does not know you. We help you review it through that lens.
Can't I just delete everything?
You could, but that's overkill and might look suspicious if you suddenly have no history. Our approach: identify what actually needs attention and leave the rest.
What if I disagree with something being flagged?
That's fine - the report is advisory. You make the final decision. We explain WHY something was flagged so you can make an informed choice.
