Common Questions

Do you scan my live social media accounts?

No. GNST only reviews official data exports that you choose to upload. We do not ask for passwords, log in to your accounts, scrape profiles, monitor you, or contact employers.

What does the employer and role field do?

It gives the AI context. A teaching, healthcare, finance, public-sector, security, or customer-facing role may make different posts worth reviewing. The field is optional; if you leave it blank, we run a general job-application review.

What kind of posts get flagged?

We look for content that could appear threatening, hateful, harassing, explicit, illegal, reckless, confidential, or seriously unprofessional out of context. The report explains why each item was flagged so you can decide what to do.

Do you include private messages?

Not by default. Private messages and DMs are only included if you explicitly choose to include them for that platform.

Does this guarantee I will get the job?

No. GNST is preparation, not a hiring guarantee. We help you find content worth reviewing before you apply, but employers make their own decisions for many reasons.

What happens to my data?

Your data is used to generate your private report, then deleted according to the retention policy. You can also delete uploaded platform data from GNST from inside the report.
